The latest TikTok idiocy is the women who, now that Lindsay Clancy is out of the spotlight, have moved onto the next media-created circus designed to keep the mindless masses busy.
That is, of course, the Cornell case.
For some reason, the person who filed a civil lawsuit against several Cornell frat brothers as well as the institution itself is not being named by the press.
Of course part of that is theater to try to maintain the illusion that she is a victim of rape. So the press, etc., are only referring to her as Jane Doe.
And people, rightly IMO, are wanting to know who this person is, because generally civil lawsuit folks don’t have their names kept out of the press.
Enter the Cows of TikTok (my name) who now are posting videos stating that they ‘are Jane Doe‘.
From Matt Walsh:
Uhhmmm, no. Even frat boys have standards. But dare to dream, Honey Boo-Boo.
Seriously though. The woman bringing a civil lawsuit should not be shielded by privacy laws–those are for criminal cases since the standards of proof are different. The men’s names have been plastered all over the place, why not hers?
