I was looking at the weather on the MSN network (comes up on my work computer). Says today is going to be a high-pollen day. Here’s what they recommend on high pollen days:
Masks strongly recommended
Recommend to take a shower after going out
Sunglasses strongly recommended
Recommend to close windows and doors, and turn on air purifier
Do not wear woolen clothes outdoors
Avoid outdoor activities
