Confirmed-the vaxx order for the military was unlawful

Navy Lt. William Moseley has twenty-two years of experience in the Navy.  When the mandate came down, he could have retired or he could have tried for a religious exemption (the second really wasn’t an option since the military stated they weren’t giving exemptions).

He went the third path and took it to the administration board at his separation hearing. The Pentagon is treating non-compliance with this mandate as insubordination and has started separating military from service on that basis (which has a lot of bad ramifications for the serviceman).

The board unanimously decided that the mandate/order was unlawful and Lt Moseley remains in service.  The reason is that the FDA approved versions of the Pfizer or Moderna shots are not available in the United States and there can be no mandates for experimental shots.

The thing is, this was brought up when the mandate first came down and was ignored.  Thousands of military men have been separated from service.

At the Air Force Academy, they are allowing three cadets to graduate but will not commission them and they may be forced to pay for their schooling.

Any military folks reading this, please chime in:  I do not think that the Navy board’s decision has an effect on any of the other branches and don’t know the ramifications within the Navy–are the others now in the clear??
