This doesn't bode well–Biden is temporarily handing over presidential powers to Harris

Apparently he’s going in for a colonoscopy, which requires sedation.  From my personal experience, sedation and dementia don’t mix very well.  He’s also supposed to have a full physical.  Wonder if they are going to do a cognition test and release THOSE results?

My mom had a couple of surgeries and her cognition degraded considerably every time.  I think her progression would have not been as precipitous if she hadn’t been put under.

The article says that it’s pretty much status quo to do this, but during Trump’s procedure, he took it like a boss–without anesthesia.

Considering the chaos that is the VP (her communications officer just quit) and the fact that her approval rating isn’t even a blip on the radar anymore, this has a potential for disaster.

It might be that they’ve finally decided to ‘retire’ Brandon (maybe that’s why they’ve blurred out the Presidential Seal the last two times he’s been in public.

  1. Great opportunity to whack the demented old bastard with the plausible lie of “procedural complications”. Everyone knows he's nothing more than a puppet anda placeholder. It seems his liabilities are starting to outweigh his usefulness.

  2. Dan–I agree the timing is interesting…. They are supposed to give a briefing after his appointment but I just don't see that happening.
