“We do not comment on non-CDC authored papers. We continually evaluate the science that leads to our guidance, and if it needs to be changed, we will base that on our own research and studies,” a spokesman told The Epoch Times in an email last month.

Except:  The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention cited an unpublished study from India to justify its recommendation Tuesday that fully vaccinated people “wear a mask in public indoor settings in areas of substantial or high transmission” of COVID-19.

That study, which claimed the Delta variant produced an unusually large viral load in more than 100 vaccinated healthcare workers with “breakthrough infections,” was listed as having failed peer review in the journal Nature when the CDC cited it.

But they blew off peer reviewed studies that indicate that masking is detrimental (which is also common sense).

Paraphrasing something I heard yesterday, the only science the CDC knows is political science.

    Exactly… And probably half of the 'studies' they are referencing are vapor ware… sigh…
