  • Best article on woke neo-feminists I've seen in a while

Dawn Perlmutter at Frontpage Magazine does a glorious fisking of woke feminists in an article found here. One of the best parts was the comparison of European Femen and the Rise Up 4 Abortion Rights women: During a counterprotest in Paris, in 2012, Femen members went topless and wore nuns habits in support of gay… Continue reading

  • Something to renew your faith in humanity

There’s a window washing company in Louisville, KY who’s crew, when washing the windows of Norton Children’s Hospital, dress up like superheroes–Spider Man, Batman, Superman, etc.   When washing those windows closer to Christmas, they dress like Santa and his elves. It’s a day brightener for kids who are often very sick and undergoing painful treatments.… Continue reading

  • Has Jill Biden gotten into Hunter's stash?

I don’t know anywhere in the world where comparing a group of people to food is a good thing.  Using the term ‘breakfast taco’ to denote the diversity of Hispanics is probably not the way to go.  Might as well compare Asians to eggrolls or Indians to curry. Probably knowing how to pronounce the word… Continue reading

  • So about that Ohio 10 year old….

B mentioned the story as well as others.  Supposedly a 10 year old rape victim was just hours past the deadline that the state of Ohio put into place to receive an abortion and had to go to Indiana.  Turns out that the story is as fake as Jesse Smollett’s assault or anything that’s coming… Continue reading

  • Kudos points all around

A low hours pilot (less than 100 hours) in North Carolina successfully landed his 1967 Aero Commander on a local highway.  If you’ve ever driven state roads/highways in NC on the west side of the state, it’s basically just trees and power lines and no straight lines anywhere.  Vincent Fraser (the pilot) was actually lucky… Continue reading

  • Found one source of agendas infecting public schools

It’s the National Education Association–the largest teacher’s union in the US.  They are going all-in on child grooming, and baby killing.  They really don’t seem to give much time or care to actually advocating teaching math, history, reading, and writing. I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again, the way the public education system… Continue reading

  • Travels…

I alluded to traveling through the Midwest in my Independence Day post but thought I’d spend some more time detailing some of my adventures. I had to go from Indiana to Missouri for work–about a nine hour drive one way.  So I saw quite a bit of countryside during that time.  Plus I got to… Continue reading

  • RIP Alan Bourdillion Traherne a.k.a. James Caan

James Caan played a lot of roles, but I think my favorite was “Mississippi” in El Dorado.   They paid homage to that role in the TV show Las Vegas by having Mississippi’s full name as a false passport for Caan’s character in that show. Continue reading

  • The Wall Street Journal weighs in on covid shots for kids

And it is most surprising.  A new editorial states: “In fact, we don’t know if the vaccines are safe and effective,” Allyssia Finley wrote in a WSJ editorial. “The rushed FDA action was based on extremely weak evidence. It’s one thing to show regulatory flexibility during an emergency. But for children, Covid isn’t an emergency.… Continue reading
