I don’t trust anyone who doesn’t like dogs

And, I guess, that would include most muslims. And if they are Somalis, they are doubly untrustworthy.

So put them together and we have a Somali muslim who is also in a position of power in a Maine school district.

Abdullahi Ahmed, the Somali-born assistant superintendent for student, family and community partnerships at Portland Public Schools, proposed changes to the district’s policy on dogs and other animals, citing Islamic beliefs about “ritual purity.”

And because it’s Maine, home of useful idiots, ideas at the school board meeting went so far as to suggest that puppies be kept in plexiglass enclosures so that muslim students wouldn’t risk being licked and getting that ritual unpure saliva on them.

Dogs are a part of American culture and life.

And, IMO, are the purest souls of all.

    I have serious issues w anyone that dislikes Dogs. Even more so, anyone that dislikes dogs based on their FAITH.

    I dunno what the word for “Dog” is in Urdu, Farsi or whatever, but in The ENGLISH language… it’s “God” spelled backward.

    And for good reason. Although, if you get down to the technicality of what they are called pursuant to AKC guidelines… things get a little dicey. 😉

    Oh.. sorry to double dip…. But my dogs have ALWAYS been excellent judges of character and I will state that if my DOG doesn’t like you, pretty good chance that I won’t like you either.

    Dogs are the most wonderful of God’s creation and muzzies are the worst of satan’s creation. I choose DOGS!!

    Why don’t we throw “separation of church and state” at their “ritual purity” and see what happens. I’ll be over here reloading ammo at my workbench.
