Why are colleges ‘handling’ sexual misconduct cases at all?

Most colleges and universities have a group or committee that act as quasi-judicial bodies under Title IX.

They have taken Title IX and have perverted it to mean that they should create kangaroo courts without the safeguards of our actual judicial system (like innocent before being PROVEN guilty and, most importantly, allowing a person to defend themselves).

So basically, it’s a ‘men bad, women not responsible for their own actions’ kind of thing that ruins young men and perpetuates the culture of victimhood system.

What needs to happen is that crimes get referred to the police. Not campus police, who generally have delusions of grandeur but are one step up from mall cops (and whose job it is to see that punkin’ doesn’t get an arrest on their record thus blackening the eye of the institution as well), but the police of the city or county in which the college or university exists.

The only reason that I’m bringing this up (again) is because Cornell has apparently hired Sally Yates to cover their asses regarding their Title IX process. You may remember her as the person who misused her power and screwed General Flynn back in the day.

The deck is stacked.
