A Turkish guy living in Germany apparently thinks that his medieval ways should also apply when flying, decided to kick up a fuss because ‘sharia law’ or something won’t allow him to sit next to a woman on a flight.
And to escalate the matter, he decided to slap or punch the female flight attendant because how dare a female tell him what to do….
So the cops came and took him off the plane when it landed. Where he admitted to everything and very likely figured that he’d get off because the EU has decided to bend over backwards and allow any behavior because muslim.
But one of the officers spoke Turkish when he was insulting them in that language. Which was a bridge too far. So he’s up on charges of assault and being an asshat to officers (apparently insulting law enforcement is a crime in Germany).
Compare and contrast with Denmark, which just instituted a burka ban because they are tired of muslims colonizing their country instead of integrating into the Danish culture.
The policy aims to address communities of migrants who have failed to integrate into Danish society.
Danish authorities have warned of “parallel societies” – urban neighbourhoods where non-Western migrants make up more than half the population.
Individuals who breach the existing public ban multiple times can be fined up to 10,000 kroner (£1,300).
Sounds like they are creating a model that other countries should follow.
