When a Dem loses Cornel West…

…then you know it’s got to be bad.

Gavin Newsom, whose talking down to a black audience would have gotten him burned at the stake if he’d had an ‘R’ behind his name, is still taking a beating.

For those who didn’t hear it, he said:

“I’m no better than you. You know, I’m a 960 SAT guy. And you know, and I’m not trying to offend anyone you know, trying to act all there if you got 940, but literally, a 960 SAT guy I cannot. You’ve never seen me read a speech, because I cannot read a speech. Maybe the wrong business to be. You know, my dyslexia. I haven’t overcome dyslexia. I’m living with it.”

The Babylon Bee did a kickin’ take off (you should read the whole thing here), butCornel West, who was a professor at Harvard (of course) and is a black activist, called it.

“He could’ve said, ‘I’m just like you. I was born of a woman. I’ll face loss, pain, and death just like anyone else.’ But instead, when he thinks of Black people, he brings up low SAT scores. That mindset sits at the core of white supremacy—the belief that Black people are less beautiful, less moral, less intelligent! Don’t play with us like that @CAgovernor!!”

What Prof West is refusing to acknowledge is that what Newsom said is what Dems think. What they’ve always thought. Their base mindset hasn’t changed from before the Civil War to now.

And until that fact is spoken out loud by the entire black community, they will be pawns of the Left.

LBJ didn’t realize that what he laid down would last longer than twenty years.

  1. I read that party affiliation is stronger than religious affiliation. It’s easier to change religions than political parties.

  3. You beat me to it Greg, but you are actually paraphrasing what he really said. I won’t repeat it because the ‘N’ word is in the quote.

  4. LBJ’s declaration on the black vote is one of the most racist white supremacist quotes ever and should have caused every black voter to never vote Demonrat again, but no.

Instead black people like that crazy Cornell West make up a story that Johnson never said that. Anyone that lived during that time, like me, or has studied Johnson’s public life knows he was one of the most racist members of .gov ever elected.

Then there’s Cornell West, that Hhaavvvaaahhhddd prof that thinks he was hired because he’s smart, but was really one of the original “tokens” hired for diversity.

I think there’s a message or two for black voters there somewhere, but it will never resonate with them. They’ll allow the Demonrat party to pander to them for two or three months every two years when it comes voting time, then bend them over and screw them the rest of the 21 months between elections. You’d think they’d learn by now.

  5. Good coverage on the source and veracity of the quote.

The hilarious part of the whole biz is that the southern slave owners were Democrats. The KKK was Democrat. Not that Republicans have ever really been their friends either.
