Vote ’em out—Loudoun County School board

Parents in Loudoun County Virginia are suing the school board. You may recall that the latest in the Loudoun County school district, boys in the locker room were filmed by a girl who claimed to be a boy, complaining about the policy.

The boys of course were vilified while the girl, to the best that I can find, received no repercussions for filming them in a private space.

Not only that, but it seems that the school board took it a step further and tried to punish the families of the boys when they actually fought back against the board’s finding of sexual harassment.

According to the Washington Examiner, lawyers for the boys and their families have amended their complaint to charge district officials with “civil conspiracy,”

The school allegedly used the confidential information it had about the situation to give to an organization called Loudoun For All for the purpose of “stoking political outrage ahead of local elections,” the report said.

The materials included press releases and a case timeline, and the new filing explains the details were leaked “to assist in issuing statements labeling the families liars,” the report said.

The information, containing “false and defamatory allegations,” soon appeared on the PAC’s website.

“It appears the school board was passing along confidential information to a political action committee for the purpose of further retaliating against our clients,” explained Ian Prior, a lawyer with America First Legal, which is working the Founding Freedoms Law Center to help the families.

What’s even better is that some high school students are getting out there and are getting involved.

As early voting is underway, some teens are greeting Loudoun County voters at the polls and asking them to choose school board candidates who would restore girl only and boy only bathrooms and locker rooms in Loudoun County Public Schools.

I hope that good sense finally prevails and the fact that the students who are directly affected by the school board’s unlawful policy is a good sign. And then I hope the families sue the board members personally.

  1. Worse, the Muslim student who complained was not punished. Only the other boys.

  3. Modern studies are revealing that the whole trans “movement” is nothing but youthful attention whoredom, spread like the common cold through social contagion*. Problem is, kids are doing irreparable harm to themselves before the novelty wears off.

*Choreomania, a classic case of social contagion, erupted in Europe between the 14th and 17th century, involving groups of people who would spontaneously dance until exhausted or injured. Fortunately, no genital mutilation was associated with the craze. Or twerking.

  4. This kind of shit makes my blood boil.

The “boys” should have grabbed the “girl”, smashed its phone, stuffed her head in a toilet bowl and flushed, vigorously, four or five times.

Back when I was their age, stuff like this was settled on the play ground after school. Once was usually enough.

This mental illness crap has gone on for far too long and been carried too far by people that should have NO BUSINESS being in positions of power over anything other than a pig sty..

  5. Joe–Couldn’t have someone pulling the religious card on them….

    Bigus–Agreed.

Harbinger–In this case, the mental illness is not being treated as such and so the kids aren’t getting proper treatment (or their mothers).

Nemo–Exactly. But I would fear for the pigs if they were in charge of a sty.

  6. It would be a shame if someone did an immediate biological reorganization on the members of the school board. I guess the board was afraid muslims would take action so the muslim kid was given special treatment. This what other students parents should do. Take muslim action against these pedditor groomer school boards.

  7. Madam—Or they could add discrimination to their lawsuit since the Muslim kid was treated differently.

  8. I was thinking of an incident remembered by AI as:

In 2021, a sexual assault occurred at Stone Bridge High School in Loudoun County, Virginia, when a male student sexually assaulted a female student in a school bathroom.
The assailant, who was biologically male and presented as female, had previously been involved in another sexual assault at a different school before being transferred to Stone Bridge.
The incident sparked national controversy, particularly due to claims that the school district attempted to cover up the assault to advance the adoption of Policy 8040, which allows students to use restrooms and locker rooms aligned with their gender identity.
