In high school English, we were required to memorize poems on a regular basis. The teacher would have us pull out a blank sheet of paper, write the poem (complete with punctuation), and turn it in.
One morning a group of us were hanging out in the library when Sam came in all worried. Sam sat in front of me and said he hadn’t memorized today’s poem and had no idea what to do. I told him to grab a stack of notebook paper and a Bic ball-point pen. Write the poem as hard as he could on the top sheet, and then work his way down through the stack to find the one with the lightest writing that he could still read. Use that sheet of paper.
Someone must of overheard us. Mrs. Poe told us to take out a sheet of paper — and hand it to the person behind you. Did I mention Sam sat in front of me?

Harbinger–Have to admit it’s one of my favorites. Went all the time in earlier days. Plus it’s now the season, right? I’m walking between 10-14k a day to try to keep the weight off. And no pasta.

Ah Windows 95 I believe it was 12 or 14 3.5 inch floppy disks to install. But it was an improvement over Windows 3.1.
