So the former Federal Reserve Governor who has been referred for charges regarding mortgage fraud (and who has not refuted those charges, BTW), is fighting her dismissal from the Fed because:
“Governor Cook is the first Black woman to sit on the Federal Reserve’s Board in its 111-year history”.
And because apparently referral for fraud isn’t enough for sufficient cause from the Board that governs interest rates and a whole lot more here in the US.
The fact that they brought her race and sex into the equation shows how un-serious they are.
