Two tiered “justice”

And I put the word justice in quotes because when the same crimes are not punished in accordance with the law.

In Minnesota, that bastion of socialism, where some pigs are more equal than others, a fiscal policy analyst for Minnesota’s Department of Human Services keyed six Teslas causing over $20,000 in damages. That’s six felonies. He’s getting a ‘diversion program’ and has to pay for the damages. Supposedly because he was a first time offender.

However, a woman keyed a co-worker’s car for a total of $7,000 in damages, and got a felony charge. She also was a first time offender.

Differential prosecution has been a problem for years and usually follows political or social trends. Perhaps because of who’s paying the piper, so to speak. It’s pretty well known that George Soros puts a lot of money into local elections, especially with prosecutors. Like Kim Foxx in Chicago or Mary Moriarty in Hennepin County, MN.

And from the actions of the judiciary in trying to stymie Trump’s policies, this rot has moved up the food chain. When they say that local elections matter, they mean it. Something that’s been neglected for too long.

The issue is that judges, (some conservative, but nearly all Liberal) can’t put emotion aside and let their personal feelings interfere with their decisions.
This, in my opinion, disqualifies them as judges.

  4. I don’t intend to be brought before a judge in this state for any reason. I am not the only one up here or across rural Superiorland that came to the same conclusion.
