Changes in Virginia

The Virginia High School League decided to fall in line with the President’s Executive Order regarding keeping males out of females’ sports.

One boy, sucking it up, switched back to the boys’ team after being allowed to attend four practices on the girls’ track and field team.

From the articles I’ve read, it seems that the boy hadn’t been in track and field before, but just decided to join the girls’ team ‘to be with friends’.

The MSM is, of course, saying that he was ‘forced’ off the girls team. He’d never been on a team until his senior year in high school. They also seem to imply that the reason that he had a really short throw in discus was because of his trans-ness. Could be that he’d never thrown a discus before though….

I’m not going to link it, but if you do a search for Getty Image, Munshi, Virginia, take a look for yourself. All of the pictures in articles try to make him look really girly because his parents gave him puberty blockers as a kid.

I’m going to give him props for not making a fuss and doing what’s best for his school and team.

  1. Forced off the girls’s team, but not forced upon the girls’s team.

  2. That kid needs to move out and away from his parents ASAP after graduation and find a way to undo the effects of the puberty blocker drugs.

  3. How long before the kid is allowed to sue his parents for chemically castrating him?

In reading part of the article, it is clear that they consider certain activities as being gender innate — but I’m willing to bet that they consider that only for trans kids. If you suggest innate gender roles for non-trans, you’re probably labeled a misogynist. Eh, well, no one said they had to be consistent.
