Reasons why women should not be police officers (it’s policemen for a reason)

The first reason:

Female office gets the snot kicked out of her.

Video from the incident shows one female officer being thrown to the ground by two individuals as one throws punches at her head. A black woman is then seen smacking the officer with a stick as the violent struggle with a male suspect continues.

Two officers stepped in to pull the thugs away, with one deploying his taser before slamming his knee into the chest of a man who appeared to have the female officer in a headlock. At least two are seen being arrested.

The article neglects to say that the two officers who stepped in were male. Because they have the physical strength to handle these situations.

The second reason:

Because the world does not need wokescold Karen officers harassing dudes for just standing in a park (note that one is in hijab).

Yes, the second one was in England, but it’s most likely a universal mentality.

I don’t even want to go into the Maegan Hall thing or the Vicki White thing, who helped a criminal escape and was killed for her trouble.

Just like female firemen. Don’t think it should be a thing. I don’t want someone my size trying to drag my ass out of a burning building. I want a strapping physically fit man to throw me over his shoulder and whisk me to safety.

There are *exceptions*. I heard an incident on my scanner recently.

Traffic stop. Female deputy, male suspect. Once they knew this would be more than a simple ticket, backup was dispatched, as usual. But the suspect jumped the deputy.

She took the perp down before backup arrived. She got checked out for some lacerations, but she put the perp in the hospital. It was strictly physical; no Taser or firearm deployment.

We’ve got some female firefighters down here, too. From what I’ve heard, they seem to be able to do the job.

We do have another female deputy. But about all I hear her doing is serving papers or being called to search a female suspect. I think there may be a reason that’s what they use her for.

  2. I’ve been watching Sergeant Curtis videos on YouTube lately. Curtis is a retired police officer and Marine who comments on body cam videos of police interactions. One point he often makes is that every police officer must ask him/herself “Am I prepared to fight for my life?” as every day might be that day. I highly recommend Curtis’ videos as he explains what is happening from an officer’s point of view and provides professional criticism and advice to police officers.

  3. Carl–There are probably exceptions, but they have become the rule. Of the few who can handle themselves in a melee, I’m going to go out on a limb and say that the other 99% cannot.

Richard–I don’t recommend videos generally and cannot speak to the channel that you’re referencing. I doubt that most of these female officers are that introspective. Additionally, there is a physical strength issue that comes into play.

  4. I think if you talk or work with LEOs, they will admit to having their ass kicked once during an arrest. One of my best friends. 6’3, 225# had his done by a 124# woman. He was unprepared for the violence she landed on him.

Once is okay, learn from it. Twice? Get a new career.

  5. In the beginning of the video, counting the number of blacks in her immediate proximity, she wandered into harm’s way with either poor judgement, or no experience with blacks.

One of the officers that assisted the down female officer was another female officer.

  6. In a “how bad can it get” competition, there is this one …

If Posie Parker is five feet one inch tall, then that … munchkin must be about four feet six tall and a dwarf at that height (defined as anyone under four feet ten inches).

I just bet all those criminals are quaking in their boots and choking on their cornflakes in the morning at the thought of encountering her and arresting them.

  7. There are always exceptions. But they are rare at best. In ‘this’ day and age, women LEOs are placing themselves in harms way on any call if they don’t already have backup, IMHO.

  8. It’s very rare to find a female officer who is ACTUALLY capable of doing the job of beat/street cop. Evena lot of the “men” wearing badges aren’t up to the task these days.

  9. I once worked for a state Department Of Corrections / Department of Mental Health joint venture. It was a prison for any inmate in the state system that had mental problems. ( you can’t even imagine the clientele) Anyway, the place was run by an administrative RN. She seemed to be of a left -leaning persuasion. Her dream was to have a wing run by all female staff. ( This was a men’s unit). Well, she got her way, and a young 20 something woman paid the price for the foolishness in the first week of operations. The young lady was drug into a room when there was no other staff around and severely beaten, including a broken arm, and jaw. That was the end of the all- female staff experiment. Too bad that real people have to pay for dumbass psuedointellectuals’ foolish dreams. Any sane person with a lick of common sense could have predicted the outcome.
