As a “child” of ten years, I was also able to operate a lawnmower and snow shovel and actually EARN.
Ah yes… innocent youth… when snow falling from the sky was literally “pennies from heaven”… as opposed to later on in life when it caused the issuance of many oaths.

My daughter who works for Forest Service says that the union contract for some remote workers may cause a problem with making some come to work. Also if the hiring freeze continues too long there may be a problem getting seasonal hires complete in time even if they are repeat workers!
