Welcome to the weekend!

Dear Florida,
In Chicago, we not only salt the sidewalks, we assault the pedestrians.
Unferth—which is why I rarely go into Chicago.
I stole about a quarter of them to redistribute my butthurt lib relatives for their edification. The next four years are going to be meme heaven.
The last one, bingo. The second to last hilarious. Thanks again MC.
Nemo–Enjoy! Liberal tears are the best.
Terry–Agree. And you’re welcome! Thanks for stopping in and commenting.
WDS–Thanks and love the meme–you’ll see it next week in one of the drops.
Thank you MWC for your blog and memes. Keep up the great work. I enjoy your site here in LA, lol…#25 is awesome!
Patrick–You’re very welcome! Thank you for stopping in–it keeps me going! See–#25 is true! 🙂
BTW, LA is lower Alabama – aka Pensacola, lol…I enjoy and look forward to your posts.
Patrick–That definitely helps! Lots of places with that abbreviation. Thanks for stopping in and commenting!
And it is snowing here today! 2.5″ at least and still snowing. A very rare treat for us! I was in middle school the last time we had this much accumulation and it was less that day.
Patrick–You got more than we did–it was just cold. Really cold. Below zero real temperature cold. Enjoy while it lasts!
GM MWC! We took a walk last night around 9pm or so. We put plastic bags over our shoes and taped them to our pants. The blanketing of the snow made it bright outside and it was late! The acoustics were amazing as it was all quiet except for an owl hooting. Our voices seemed to bounce off of the other houses in the neighborhood. I measured 8.5 to 9″ in several areas of the yard. I told the girls to remember this as this is a once in a lifetime occurrence for our neck o’ the woods. Crazy! Amazing and beautiful.
Patrick–Everything does get really quiet in the snow, doesn’t it?!? And you’re lucky because you can enjoy the moment, but it won’t last months!!
