We recently had to take the last trip to the vet with one of the older cats (he was 18-ish). The week prior, we’d uploaded a new food prescription for him and got a case of food.
It was his time before we had a chance to use any.
Not only did Chewy refund our money and suggest that we donate the food, they sent flowers with a condolence note.
That’s a class company with the best customer service I’ve encountered.
In any of my dealings with them, they have been unfailingly helpful and polite.
Their business model is solid and keeps me coming back.
