By far the most cruel thing I've ever done to a person was CPR. The paramedics eventually arrived and got her heart going again. She spent the next 3 days in the hospital writhing in pain while burning through whatever money the family had. When her eyes would open as the drugs wore off, she looked out at the world in absolute horror. Luckily it only last three days.Nice collection of memes.

#1 is close to being true. approx 5-10 percent chance that a person will wake up and say thanks from CPR if the loss of breathing is heart related. Usually you give CPR to keep the body oxygenated and the organs alive long enuf until 1: Higher medical care arrives, ie; ambulance or defibrilater, or 2: Save the organs for transplant.Electrical shock and the patient may respond much faster.
