Not sure that all of these technically qualify as “spaghetti westerns” as Two Mules, High Plains Drifter and Pale Rider were made in the US. Great films though of the similar genre. Add Hang em High to the list as well.

Matthew W. has just slipped his meds… Clint Eastwood is the epitome of acting. I have every movie he has made, including his recent stuff. I have meet Clint twice in Sam Jose while working at a gas station, he came in on an early Sunday mornings and he got out and chatted with me sitting on the hood, the second time he had George Kennedy and both got out and we sat around with a cup of coffee. So, I am a fan of his, but, I don't all school girl giggly when I met him.

Anon–Love that one too!Cederq–I'd probably go all fan-girl. I like pretty much everything he's been in from Where Eagles Dare to Any Which Way but Loose.

High Plains Drifter…Such a good movie. And it's a weird ghost story. One of those where watching it a second time or third time will allow you to understand all the subtle clues.Wife and I have bought a goodly number of Clint's work this summer and have enjoyed all of them, well, except for “Play Misty for Me.”

Kelly's Heroes is still my favorite WW2 film. Shows what man's ambitions are really about.

Bear Claw–True.Beans–One of my favorites. Always watch it when it's on.Glypto–Have to admit it is not one I enjoy. It's okay, but I generally don't watch the whole thing if it's on.Craig–Another good one!Birdchaser–Here too.Avraham–It was a good time for westerns, for sure.MrLiberty–It's in my top five movies of all time.
