Top. Men.

 During a training ‘exercise’ in Boston, the FBI broke into some guy’s hotel room, tossed him in the shower, and interrogated him for over an hour.  Don’t know why they need that kind of training, but whatevs–our tax dollars at work.

Problem being the guy wasn’t the actor being paid to have his door broken down, tossed into the shower, or interrogated. 

Yes, it took them an HOUR to figure out they were in the wrong room and had the wrong guy.  An hour.  Seriously.

Members of the FBI apparently can’t read anything as simple as a room number.  Maybe these guys need to go back and be agents provocateur at rallies in red states.  

I hope the guy that got roughed up (a pilot for Delta) is able to comfortably retire after suing them.  

(Yes, our tax dollars again at work for covering their fuck up.)

    Perhaps when Fibbies and all other Fedboi's start paying for these mistakes with their lives, they will learn to be more cautious with the rights of citizens.

    Yep. Until they have personal responsibility for their mistakes, overreaches, and just plain stupidity, there will not be an end to this.Once they can be sued for damages this sort of thing will come to a screeching halt. Of course, I think the pilot should get the chance to torture each of them individually for twice as long as they did him as part of the settlement.

    Glypto–Bound to happen sooner or later. Right now they'd find a way to blame the person defending himself.B–I like the addendum to the settlement!Henk–They're pretty sure they're above the law, right now.

    The interesting question is if tossing someone in a shower and interrogating them in their hotel room is considered standard procedure for the FBI so that it needs to be trained?What kind of training were they doing exactly?

    Let me get this straight, they assaulted a guy in the shower. Probably a naked guy in the shower. All of the sexual harassment and sexual assault training that they make us take indicates sexual attraction is not required for the offenses to take place. The “trainees” involved should be charged with sexual assault.

    Anon–I guess the guy was in bed. At the most, he was in his jammies, probably was sleeping in less. I would think an argument could be made for sexual assault, depending on the methods they were using.
