In addition to the fact that high school enrollments have been projected to be lower as time goes on, it looks like some students decided to go a different route, other than college.

Of course the ‘think tanks’ are bemoaning the fact that the students are not going to college.  They are pulling out the old chestnut that these students will earn less over the course of their lifetimes.  However,  those studies were done by… Ta Da–the folks in the think tanks. 

Let’s not dwell on the fact that these organizations do not have any non-college graduates in their midst so maybe their thinking is skewed a bit?

There are a couple of good things that came out of the covid years.  Parents were able to see what their students were being taught.  

High school students are starting to break free of the decades-long propaganda that in order to be happy and successful, one has to go to college.
