The science is irrevocably corrupted

In The Lancet, a study was published on monkeypox in women.  However, half the ‘women’ in the study were actually biological men.

In the study published in the world-class medical journal on November 17, researchers analyzed data for a total of 136 individuals with the monkeypox virus infection across 15 countries. There were 62 “trans women,” 69 “cis” women, and 5 non-binary individuals who were grouped with the “cis” women to form a category of “people assigned female at birth.”

…

Around 90% of the cases reported sex with men, and 27% were living with HIV, with 50% of the males who identify as women also being HIV+ compared to just 8% of the actual women.

There is no wonder why people cannot trust ‘the science’.

Maya Forstater took to Twitter to point out that it was hardly surprising that the findings showed women having similar clinical features as males when almost half the “women” studied were male.

  1. Lancet is as about as credible as Nature.Totally corrupted.

  5. So…it's beyond question that these data are so corrupted by “wokeness” as to be not just unusable, what else we're being told is just as corrupted but there's no way to determine it?Do these idiots realize what they're doing? That “trans” is a mental illness is not in dispute, but as long as it “stays in its lane” I doubt too many people take sufficient umbrage over it to actually consider taking action to correct it, but when scientific analysis self-corrupts into unusability because of “cross contamnation of theory with (what is supposed to be) observed data” they are sealing their own doom. When they become not just useless because their data methodologies are bad but worse than useless because their data is hazardous there is no reason for their process, or them, to exist (I'm not talking “execution” here, but “completely banned from anything remotely scientific”, the “scientist to grocery bagger” career track. ). 6. Avraham–They are lost in an ideological bubble and have forgotten that they are scientists.NFO–Unfortunately not any more.Anon 2–They are painting themselves into the corner of uselessness. And you are right in that they will be next to the National Inquirer soon. And as you mention, their data cannot be trusted either.
