 So they fired the school superintendent whose lies and wokeness allowed the rape of a second girl.  But they fired him without cause.  Seriously.  

So he gets:

his full $323,000 annual salary and compensation for the next year in monthly installments. On top of his salary, his compensation includes perks such as a $12,000 annual vehicle allowance, health insurance and retirement benefits. The School Board had approved a $28,000 raise for Ziegler in July. 

Here’s some additional commentary from Jim Thompson over at RedState regarding the school district’s ‘legal counsel’.  

He’s got an excellent breakdown of what happened as well as the ethical failings on the legal side–the school district not producing subpoenaed material, badly coaching the school board (who said the rapist was wearing a ‘kilt’ and not a skirt–considering the fact that a kilt is masculine garb then why would the rapist be in a girls’ bathroom?), and the fact that it was clear that there was witness intimidation and tampering.

Maybe the state Attorney General will look further into it, probably not.

All I know is that if I had kids in that district, I’d be home schooling.
