When volleyball becomes a contact sport

A biological male playing women’s volleyball for a high school in North Carolina has caused an opposing player, a biological woman, a concussion to the point that she will be out of the game for months (if she ever plays again).

It was so egregious that a school board has cancelled all remaining games against the high school that has the player on their team citing both competitive and safety issues.

They estimate that the ball was going over 70 mph when it hit the girl in the face.

At least someone is starting to use some common sense.

  2. There's ample evidence of widespread and severe Gonadal Insufficiency in that more schools, at all levels, do not do exactly that, if for no other reason than protecting the integrity and effort of their students who become forced to compete on a radically tilted playing field when other schools fail to biologically police their teams. Were more, not necessarily “all,” schools similarly enervated as to dump biological violating schools from their schedules this crap would disappear overnight when mixed sex teams have only other schools with mixed sex teams to compete against. And, who in their right mind would then apply to, or seek scholarships from, those schools? Other than, perhaps, the less capable males who repeatedly fail in competition against other males and are seeking The Easy Win. Which, thinking about it, might eventually just result in the creation of more all-male teams at those schools….Anon2
