Four female ex-high school athletes are suing the state of Connecticut (again) for its policies allowing ‘trans’ (fully intact men who have gone through male puberty) into women’s sports.
The original case was thrown out of federal court because the two men (Terry Miller and Andraya Yearwood) had graduated.
Interestingly enough, according to Outsports.com, neither Miller nor Yearwood decided to compete in track on the college level.
In this climate, I’m not sure the women will get a fair shake, but at least they are trying for the women coming after them in sports in their state.
