From Legal Insurrection: Oberlin College is finally ‘initiating payment’ to Gibson’s Bakery. The college is still not admitting that they did anything wrong, of course and they fought tooth and nail to not do what was right.
They’ve allowed campus culture to continue to vilify the Gibsons–freshmen students are unofficially informed that the bakery is off limits. All the while talking about ‘healing’ and ‘working with the community’.
Still hoping that Gibson’s Culinary Institute happens….
