A federal court ruled that the State of Illinois illegally held back voter rolls from the Public Interest Legal Foundation, an election integrity group.
They probably don’t want people wandering around graveyards all over the state with the rolls considering that many dead people have traditionally voted Democrat in any election in Chicago.
