I had yesterday off so I went into town around 10:30 am. Passed a gas station and low octane was at 3.99/gallon. I was at half a tank (socialism shopping says I don’t let it drop past that) so I ran my errands and stopped at the same gas station at 1:30 pm. Low octane at that point in time: 4.25/gallon.
It cost almost $40.00 to put 8 gallons of gas in my car (I use high test). If I’d filled up on my way to town, I could have saved $4.00. Those three hours made a huge difference.
And it’s going to get worse. Brandon won’t open back up the taps here, he’s shutting off Russia (finally), but is negotiating with Venezuela and Iran.
Nothing like a little aid to our enemies, right?
Instead of just reversing what he broke so we don’t need the other countries’ oil and gas ,he’s willing to give money to those who wish us dead.
