 Here’s a short roundup of the stupid coming out of Brandon’s government last week (and of course with everything going on in Ukraine, the White House pResident, isn’t even in DC–he’s in his basement in Delaware):

John Kerry:  Rightfully excoriated for his comment hoping that Putin’s invasion of Ukraine won’t derail any climate change momentum.  Bear in mind that this is a former Secretary of State.  Hopefully the ‘massive emissions’ he mentions won’t have a nuclear component to them.

“I’m concerned about Ukraine because of the people of Ukraine and because of the principles that are at risk, in terms of international law and trying to change boundaries of international law by force,” Kerry reportedly said. “I thought we lived in a world that had said no to that kind of activity. And I hope diplomacy will win.

“But it could have a profound negative impact on the climate, obviously. You have a war and obviously you’re going to have massive emissions consequences to the war,” he said.

FEMA:  Just remember kids, in case you’re in a nuclear fallout shelter with strangers, be sure to wear a mask and socially distance. Seriously??  If you’re in a shelter with strangers it’s because death might be raining from above.  Covid is the very absolutely least of anyone’s worries at that point.  The government has got to just let this shit go.

“Go to the basement or middle of the building. Stay away from the outer walls and roof. Try to maintain a distance of at least six feet between yourself and people who are not part of your household. If possible, wear a mask if you’re sheltering with people who are not a part of your household. Children under two years old, people who have trouble breathing, and those who are unable to remove masks on their own should not wear them.”

Whoever is pulling Brandon’s strings:  Oh no, we don’t need to take steps to get our energy independence back.  We need for people to not use natural gas and oil–only electric (since they don’t seem to understand how electricity is generated).  From Peppermint Patty Psaki with my bolding added:

“The Keystone Pipeline was not processing oil through the system. That does not solve any problems. That’s a misdiagnosis or maybe a misdiagnosis of what needs to happen. I would also note that on oil leases, what this actually justifies in President Biden’s view is the fact that we need to reduce our dependence on foreign oil, on oil in general, and we need to look at other ways of having energy in our country and others.”

I’d like to add that the US is a major importer of Russian oil.  That has not stopped despite ‘sanctions’. 

Lastly, the Puppet himself: He’s killed the economy, acted as a tyrant by mandating a medical procedure of an experimental drug, persecuted people for speaking their minds, opened the borders to illegals, ended US energy independence and by being weak, has allowed other tyrants to show their aggression.  But it’s the American people’s fault that they are not happy with the crap sandwich he’s handed to us and am forcing down our throats.  But of course he blames Covid (what can’t that wacky virus do?):

“There’s a phenomenal negative psychological impact that COVID has had [COVID! Of course!] on the public psyche. And so you have an awful lot of people who are, notwithstanding the fact that things have gotten so better for them economically, uh, that they are thinking, but, how do you get up in the morning feeling happy? Happy that everything’s alright.”

So much stupid is such a short time. 

ETA:  Because there’s no such thing as too much stupid.  A man with 36+ years in the ‘intelligence’ community thinks that Chernobyl is still running and powers north Central Ukraine.  He’s apparently not caught up on history since the last reactor was shuttered in 2000.
