What’s one good way to make the positive covid test rate go down? Send home tests to everyone who wants one. I can’t think that anyone with a positive home test is going to report it to any governmental agency.
While I’m not sure that’s the cause of the drop–I think that there are a lot of factors including people recovering from the XOMICRON, lowering the cycle rate on the PCR tests, etc.
But the total number of people testing, at least from the Indiana Dept of Health dashboard has also gone down. And from the number of packages in my local mailroom that probably have home tests in them–a lot of people are going the home route.
Figure the Dems are trying whatever they can to try to put frosting on the shit cake they have created and lowering (or actually popping) the positive test bubble they created is definitely a big part.
