Cause, meet effect

The IU Methodist health system (Indiana) suspended around 300 and ended up firing around 125 for not getting the vaxx.

Surprising no one, IU Methodist is getting 20 Navy personnel (pulled away from their homes and families for an unknown period of time) to help make up the lack of staff caused by these firings, required quarantines of non-symptomatic personnel and other stupidity that has caused this clusterfuck.

They keep talking about hospitals being overwhelmed (by their own stupidity) but a bright point is that the AG in Indiana, Todd Rokita, has indicated that the data coming out of our Dept of Health isn’t to be trusted.  Not sure what he can do about it, but at least SOMEONE is acknowledging what I’ve been writing to our legislators about for the past two years…

Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita appeared in an interview with WSBT 22 in South Bend on Friday, Dec. 17.

In reference to Rokita’s ongoing lawsuits against the federal vaccine mandates, WSBT’s Todd Connor asked, “How do you rationalize trying to stop people from having to get the vaccines, but yet so many in the hospital are the unvaccinated?”

“Well, you know, first of all, I don’t believe any numbers anymore,” Rokita said. “And I’m sorry about that, but this has been politicized.”

“From your state health people, huh?” Connor asks.

“This has been politicized since day one,” Rokita continues.

In the WSBT interview, Rokita explains away overwhelmed hospitals with vaccine mandates:

“The reason hospitals are filling up is because their own health care workers won’t come to work because of the mandates that have been put on them,” Rokita said. “A year ago, we are calling them heroes, and now they’re some kind of villains.”

Good man and if he runs, will make an awesome Governor.

  1. This will probably doom the old lawyer joke; “How do you know that the CDC and the other Fed Health Authorities are lying? Their lips are moving.” And that is even if “The Fauci” isn't the “front man”.

  2. Mike-SMO–Yep, I think lawyers can rest a little easier knowing someone lies more than they do.
