South Africa, in good faith brought the Nu/Xi/Omicron to the attention of the world as they thought they should.
What did they get in return? Travel bans that will once again decimate their economy. The libtards that run the countries of the EU as well as Britain went a bit of colonialist on them too by pointing out the relatively young median age of its citizens. Their top doctor did a tour trying to talk some sense into the idiots who are ZOMGing all over the place.
In a lot of ways, the folks of South Africa and the other southern African countries who are affected by these bans are like the regular citizens in the US–we’re all kind of wondering when and why reality took a left turn at Albuquerque and we really don’t care about Nu/Xi/Omicron or any of the other variants.
