 Both the Indiana State Police and Sen. Mike Braun have tweeted invitations to Chicago police officers to apply for jobs over the border.  One of the main things they are mentioning is no vaccine mandate…

Now that’s all hunky dory and all and makes great headlines, but Indiana has been pretty squishy on the mandate front by allowing the largest state universities to mandate injections for students as well as healthcare workers.

Todd Rokita, the Indiana AG has been all over the issue (he’ll make a good governor, I think), but the head of the Indiana Dept of Health is a Fauxi sock-puppet and the present governor, as I’ve said before, is a pussy who apparently has sports-metaphor tourettes since he can’t get through a speech without one.

So it’ll be interesting to see if they hold the line for these officers who come to Indiana or if they are going to pull a bait-and-switch.
