It’s not the first time they’ve done it but considering everything else going on, it takes on a more sinister tone.

Interesting…considering how many 'vagrants' live in those tunnels.

Old NFO: We called them CHUDS after the movie. I would tell our techs we were going on a CHUD hunt when we serviced detectors in the subways.I did this several times for vapor plume models to simulate attacks on infrastructure. The gas used SF6 because it was a strong infrared absorber. We started doing them when Reagan was POTUS. Tracer gas studies are also used in building ventilation problems. Plume models in cities are very strange. Rarely repeatable.Lots of stories over beers if we meet in life.

NFO–The guinea pigs are the ones they think no one will miss.Gerry–Thanks for the information! It makes sense, but with the way the government has been acting everything kinds of takes on a different tone….
