David Chappelle is amazing.  He’s probably one of the only comedians out there who is willing to be funny and truthful.  Shows stupid as it is.  I’ve seen bits and pieces of his latest Netflix show and did indeed laugh out loud. 

Apparently one of the head writers for a Netflix series–one written basically to make fun of white people (Dear White People), took umbrage at parts of Chappelle’s show regarding trans people.  

So snowflakes will flake, right?

Here’s where it gets interesting.  This person has declared himself to be female.  Whatever, don’t care and this is not where the feces hit the rotating oscillator  in a most unexpected and yet deliciously ironic way and doesn’t even matter. 

Variety magazine published his resignation, probably to  bring Chappelle to heel and shame him for not being on Team Trans.

But here’s the thing that even the Libs noticed:  

Dude is white.  Pasty white.  Paper white.  Fish-belly white.  And is the head writer for a show about black experience.  Quitting his job because he didn’t like what a black comedian said.  

And the libs are calling this out.

And Netflix is now getting some well-deserved blowback for hiring a white guy to write about black experience in the first place.  Because that really is just dumb.

I think that the guy and Variety really thought they were going to cancel Chappelle and this turned around on them. Not exactly what they thought was going to happen and it’s a very good thing.
