How do you prove a null?

I freely admit that I am officially joining Team Tin-Foil Hat.  Why?  Because they seem to have been pretty spot-on on a lot of things–masking, shots, passports, coercion, lockdowns.  Using the executive branch to circumvent legislatures and the courts.

Here’s one that might be a little much, but I’m not taking anything for granted anymore.

What if there’s no delta variant?

Due to some weird regulatory rigamarole, patients being tested for the virus (still using the soon to be defunct PRC tests), cannot get the results of those tests as far as the variant that they have.  We have a null dataset.

Everyone seems to be trusting that the government is telling them the truth but there does seem to be a long line of variants in the wings just waiting to be trotted out for more fear porn.

One thing that we’re all learning, even some Libs in my circle, is that the government is really rocking the idea of bait and switch.  

They are screaming so long and hard about Delta and are screaming so long and hard that the ‘unvaccinated’ are the problem, then we really have to, as thinking humans, look a little closer to see what they might be hiding.

Maybe they are hiding the fact that the increased hospitalizations and deaths are due to the injections that they are now pushing harder than ever.  Maybe that’s why they have completely ignored or downplayed natural immunity.

If the hospitalizations and deaths are being caused by the injections, not a mysterious variant, and it gets out, they are going to get drawn and quartered by the True Believers(TM) in a bloodbath that will make a Bacchanal look like a cakewalk.

At this point, I don’t think the premise is outside of the realm of possibility.

ETA:  As of yesterday, 98.4% of the cases in Indiana were labeled as being Delta.  1.2% was labeled ‘a variant of no concern’.  Gamma came in at 0.4.  A no concern variant means that the testing didn’t pick up any variant at all (strange since covid prime is alpha) or picked up something like Epsilon.

    I was under the impression that the run of the mill Chink-Bug test can not tell the strain or variant. That requires an expensive genetic marker test that is not routinely done.Just more of the same BKT (bullshit kabuki theater)

    Glypto–Yep. But it is interesting that people can't even find out what they have because the 'treatment is all the same'. But they can tell you what kind of Hepatitis you have… If it's that hard to figure out, then maybe it's more smoke and mirrors. I'm going to steal the BKT phrase if you don't mind…

    Natural immunity….As background- The way I understand the test is that they take a sample and need to …process…. the sample until it's readily readable.If you're sick or contagious it less- say 15 or 20 times.If you just kinda have a sample, they need to …process… it a lot more 40-50 times to get a “positive” sample.What if a lot those “positive” results were the ones that needed to be worked more?Then the only 'natural' immunity would be the ones in the hospital, and their numbers were basically a political hit job.Tell me where I'm wrong.

    Kurt–I totally agree. The PCR tests that they have been using to a 40 cycle, despite the inventor's cautioning, are end of life at the end of the year because they don't work–they don't differentiate between flu, common cold, or covid. And the increased cycles just find anything that was there–they really don't tell you if you're sick.That's why they've been ginning the tests for folks who have had the injection–they mandate only 20 cycles whereas everyone else gets a 40.The folks with natural immunity–had the virus and recovered, per studies out of Israel, are twenty-seven times LESS likely to get the virus again. The injections are actually making people more susceptible to it by tanking their immune systems.
