Our federal government and some states’ governments have started modeling the Mafia.  Now I know this isn’t anything new, but the Dems have really cranked it up to 11.  Fatass Pritzker is a perfect example of this.

A school board member in the Mahomet-Seymour school district is being investigated by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for ‘unprofessional conduct’ based on his vote to approve a “mask-optional plan that would re-impose masks if infection rates rose too quickly”.

The school board member, Dr. Jeremy Heinrichs, has some backup from a State Senator and one other school board member (who happens to disagree with Dr Heinrichs, but thinks that intimidation is worse).  None of the other board members apparently have the balls to step up, or they’ve already capitulated.

The ‘investigator’, better termed the ‘enforcer’, said that a parent complained to them but refused to cough up the complaint itself.  Nothing like making sure that someone can’t face their accuser and someone who, by their actions, is trying to ruin this guy for his considered and educated opinion.

Illinois Sen Chapin Rose has filed a complaint on behalf of Dr Heinrichs with the Office of the Executive Inspector General since even an investigation can be inherently disciplinary.

Illinois’ government has become a bunch of frickin’ weasels.  Glad I put that state in my rear view mirror.

Of course it’s not much different than Biden using the Civil Rights section in the Dept of Ed to strongarm states that are actively banning mask mandates….

ETA:  It’s getting worse…
