Well this is going to put a damper on the Vax mandators….

 OSHA has weighed in on the private companies mandating an experimental, emergency use authorization injection by private companies.  

They can mandate them, yes indeedy.  

However, any adverse reactions to them will then fall under workers compensation since it is a condition of employment.  Yep, they’ll be recordable safety incidents and employers will be on the hook.

It’ll be interesting to see if these adverse reactions reported to OSHA will also be sent to the Vaccine Adverse Reactions database.  Might be some rich information if it is…

  3. NFO–Yeah. I think it's the most reasonable thing that's come out of fed.gov in a while.Matthew: Hoping it won't be. OSHA has a lot of power and autonomy.
