I don't know about you, but I'm thinking some slower actions by Congress would be better

Of course, since everything is a crisis with Obama, he wants ‘quick action’ from Congress.  This is from a guy who decides to roll around the Midwest for a couple of days and then go on vacation for another 10.  How about actually looking at the issues, debating them on their merits, actually doing some more reining in of an out-of-control regulatory system?  Just let it go already.  Jeez louise….. 

And maybe in addition to a balanced budget amendment, there should be an automatic sunset on all laws of five years as well as zero-sum budgeting for all federal agencies.  That should keep everyone busy enough that they would quit mucking up everything.

    The ideal situation would be for Congress to be out of session and Obama on vacation. I feel safer already.

    Exactly. But you just know that tomorrow Obama is going to call for 'quick action', etc. because that's worked so well in the past.
