DEI Justice strikes again
Justice Kentaji Brown Jackson let her racism show again during arguments about Louisiana redistricting. As a note: A district court order mandated the creation of an additional majority-black district in Louisiana to avoid “vote dilution,” Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas notes. Plaintiffs challenging Louisiana allege “that the congressional map’s second majority-black district amounted to an unconstitutional racial gerrymander.”… Continue reading

Taking the handcuffs off the President
ht: B I’m sure you all have seen in the news where the President has fired people and they immediately go to court to keep their jobs with mixed success. Apparently this started back in the 30’s when FDR fired a Republican from the Federal Trade Commission. The Supreme Court at that time ruled that… Continue reading

Stripping at School Board meetings–
This seems to be getting some traction. Taking a page from the lady in California who stripped to her bikini at a school board meeting to demonstrate how children feel when forced to remove their clothing in front of children of the opposite sex, a bunch of folks did the same in Maine. ‘You guys… Continue reading

Billing issues for puberty blockers
Looks like at least three hospitals have been using bogus billing codes to get insurance companies to pay for puberty blockers for children: Boston Children’s Hospital and the Children’s Hospitals of both Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. BCH had an interesting increase in a diagnosis of ‘precocious puberty’ from 2020-2023. There is “no clear explanation for why… Continue reading
