     In Chicago last weekend, two teens stole a car and crashed it into a truck carrying a mother and three children. One of the kids was a six month old boy.  He died.      Germany has shut down its last nuclear plant.   And due to the brouhaha in Ukraine, they can’t import oil and natural gas, or at least they can’t import enough.
