   Interestingly, you won’t see a tagged railcar with the car number unreadable. It must be an unwritten agreement between the owners and the taggers. Have at it, but we need to see the railcar numbers.

   Lol, I had to look up Runza.
   Being a West Coast boy my whole life I had never heard of it.
   The first thing that came to mind was something like Kudzu. I would have never guessed it’s a sandwich shop!

   Clayusmcret- Hey, fellow jarhead- I worked for railroads for a long time. If a car gets tagged over the number, the car shop repaints the number before it gets forwarded. But, like you say- most taggers don’t mess with that area.
