A woman in Minnesota was at a park with her kid. She comes back to find a nine year old Somali kid going through her diaper bag.
Although in Minnesota, most Somali children are apparently autistic, at least according to the taxpayer dollars going for their care, this one is actually on an ankle monitor as well.
Well, the woman dropped the n-word while telling him to get out of her stuff.
This was overheard by another Somali guy (not related to the miscreant) but who was a convicted child rapist (what he was doing at a park with kids, no idea), who decided to get in the woman’s face with a camera, while she was holding her child.
She dropped the n-word on him too.
For the crime of calling someone a name that is used by black folks all of the time, this woman was given, by a female judge (liberal, of course, but I’d be repeating myself) the following: a year of probation, a $1000 fine, 200 hours of community service, and a stayed 90 day prison sentence. She was charged with a misdemeanor offense of disorderly conduct.
As a note, the woman’s accuser did not appear in court because he’s back in Somalia. And the judge kept the jury until 10:30 pm, which would have pissed the jury off enough to throw the book at Mother Theresa.
This is both a clear case of First Amendment rights as well as judicial malfeasance. But that doesn’t matter, does it?
Because even if she wins in the end, as one commenter said on X, the process is the punishment.
