   That Pi on a door really takes me back. Once on an unnamed military project, an office mate and I took two different formulas for calculating Pi and ran them on a mini computer to see how far they went before the result became different. I don’t remember the result at this point (fifty-odd years later) but we also ran them on different computers. There’s a mindset among engineering school alumnae, even dropouts like me, that results in things like this.

   I had a car that I had to push start for a couple of weeks till payday & I found that 3rd gear worked better when I was alone.

   One hand also wipes the butt… preferably before the first step mentioned above.
