A win for science, fairness, and common sense

The Supremes ruled on Little v. Hecox and West Virginia v. B.P.J. yesterday. In a 6-3 ruling (I’ll let you figure out who came down on which side),

“The court holds that schools can determine eligibility for women’s and girls’ sports teams based on biological sex.”

The fact that this had to go to the Supreme Court of the United is just staggering. But it is a huge win for women and girls.

  1. Common sense cannot be created by supreme court interpretation. Neither can morality.

  4. And also a huge win for normal men and boys.

Now perhaps men can reclaim their Male taverns and Country Clubs, and expel reporterettes from male locker room postgame interviews. And recognize that women add nothing useful to infantry units and firehouses.
