I know the E. Jean Carrol trial was rigged. However, I fail to understand why the defense’s summation at the end of the trial didn’t state something like “Ms Carroll’s attorneys would have us believe that Donald Trump, a man of renown in NY City, walked into Bergdorf Goodman, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY, walked into the woman’s dressing room and sexually assaulted Ms Carroll, whom they both assert they had never met prior to this alleged incident.
Further, she asserts that she never screamed or notified any of the store employees nor the Police that she was attacked. Further, she can’t name the date, day of the week, month, nor year that this alleged attack took place. She identified the clothes that she was wearing, which investigation has revealed were manufactured well after the general time frame at which Ms Carroll says she was allegedly attacked.”
Ladies and gentlemen of the jury you must find Mr. Trump not guilty if you can not believe the account and time line that Ms Carroll’s lawyers have laid out in this case.
I’m not a lawyer and B could probably make a better case for acquittal than what I’ve laid out here. But COME ON. How could 12 rational people not come away scratching their heads over the case presented by Carroll’s attorneys?
I am confused.
I thought Jesus save you?

You’re right of course but Jesus himself could have appeared in court with video showing Trump’s innocence and Trump would have been found guilty.
Remember they had to pass a special “Look Back” law temporarily altering the statute of limitations just to allow Carrol to even bring the case.
There was no possibility he would not be convicted.
Not that I’m an authority or know many women who have been sexuality assaulted, but I guarantee they all remember the details of the assault, including the time and date. This vile creature needs to go away.

@Rich,
It’s worse than you first imagined. The Sikh claimed that he was racially abused, had his turban knocked off and when the police turned up, handcuffed the white guy as he was bleeding out. When he said “I’ve been stabbed” the Police refused to believe him and instead concentrated on what the Sikh was claiming (self defence when some of the stab woulds were on the back of Henry’s body). The Sikhs mother came and removed the knife. What is known as Izzat (protecting the “honour” of the community). Explanation of Izzat here:
Elon Musk has pledged to finance the prosecution of the Police officers concerned (good luck with that …).
Some youtube videos about the incident – note that the Broadcasters and newspapers have been remarkably quiet about the incident and the only detailed reporting has been via social media.

Rich, there are laws in England, and have been for decades, about what may be published about police investigations and uncompleted trials. Its as if a U.S. judge issued a gag order on the participants in a trial, except that in the UK, it can be extended to the press.
