More muslim shenanigans in Texas

So why are muslims so hot for Texas? They decided to open an institution call the Texas American Muslim University at Dallas (oddly enough acronymed as TexAM, which I’m sure was not deliberate to be cause any confusion or to be equated to Texas A&M, right?).

This unauthorized institution (we’ll just refer to it as a diploma mill) billed itself as a STEM-centered ‘university’ with 30% of its required curriculum being islamic studies.

However, in Texas, for an institution to legally disburse degrees, it has to have a Certificate of Authority from the state. And there are requirements to use the term ‘university’ as well.

So they got a cease and desist letter:

In order to operate or grant degrees in Texas, a private postsecondary educational institution is required to hold a Certificate of Authority issued by the THECB pursuant to Chapter 61, Subchapter G of the Texas Education Code. TexAM has never been granted a Certificate of Authority to operate in Texas; therefore, TexAM is prohibited by law from granting or offering to grant degrees. A person or entity’s non-compliance with Chapter 61, Subchapter G, subjects them to criminal punishment, administrative penalties, and liability for civil penalties and injunctive relief (Tex. Educ. Code § 61.316-319). Furthermore, non-compliance is a violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and subjects the person or entity to the criminal and civil liability imposed under that act (Tex. Educ. Code § 61.320).

Additionally, the use of a protected term such as “university” without a certificate of authority is a violation of section 61.313 of the Texas Education Code. Such a violation subjects a person to criminal liability.

TexAM’s advertising and postings via its website indicate that your entity publicly holds itself out as offering in the State of Texas STEM degree programs, including a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and admissions to bachelor’s degree programs in computer science, IT, cybersecurity, and health informatics. TexAM, and all related entities, must immediately cease advertising, offering, and enrolling students in degrees or programs of study until it has applied for and been granted a Certificate of Authority. You must also cease and desist from using any protected terms immediately.

As a side note, Texas A&M also noticed the branding of this entity and have sent their own cease and desist.

The Republic of Texas is having to continuously play whack-a-mole with muslim encroachment. From cities to waterparks to diploma mills, they keep trying.

  1. The followers of Moh think that Texas represents peak American. They think if they can make there- they’ll make it anywhere. Much like combat, a defender has to be successful every time. An enemy on an offensive only has to succeed once. Islam is incompatible with traditional American values. The fact that Islam has been tolerated at all shows them (correctly) that they are succeeding in their subjugation agenda. This foolishness will gain incrementally every time liberals (and weak conservatives) hold the reins of power.

  2. Douglas Adams wrote “The Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy” series. At one point, our heroes are going to attack the planet Cricket. I believe it was Ford that said, “They care. We don’t. They win.”

Too many Americans don’t care. They don’t understand that their life of luxury (and even those on welfare in the West have a life of luxury compared to most of the world, let alone nearly all of human history); their life of luxury is the result of people who did care.

I’m convinced that Gen-Z will cheerfully hand over their country, their future, and their children’s future for a latte, a cell phone, and fast internet — all the while blaming Boomers for making their life soooo haaard.

Gen-Z has been brain washed into believing all religions are the same. All cultures have equal value. White men are evil because (only) they had slavery. They don’t realize it was Western Civilization thst raised the standard of living for the entire world.

Okay, I’ll get off my soapbox.

  3. As a native Texican, here’s part of the deal. Texas is an oil and chemical manufacturing center for the world. All that oil in the middle east – guess who did most of the drilling? And then who built the plants that process it? That was us. We sent the people and the equipment over there to get the oil so that we could then buy the oil from them. And that’s a two way street, as many of the countries in the middle east sent their best people here to learn and become engineers themselves.

Most people might not think about it, but Houston is probably more diverse than any other city in the country. As an engineer, I’ve worked with people from all over the world. And once they come here, they set up communities and bring over their entire families. So yeah, we got lots of muzzies. From all different countries. Also Indians, Pakis, Chinamen, Koreans, Vietnamese, and most of South America too. Hell, I’ve worked with a white, red-headed Canadian muslim named Mohammed. Who accidentally ate a pork sandwich during a working conference. Oops.

And that’s not even getting into the whole medical thing, either. It’s almost impossible to find a White, native-English speaking doctor these days. Houston is also a major medical center and we got lots of imports in that field too. My current family doctor is a short Filipino woman with a Spanish name. She’s great, but it’s still a little weird. Also weird to be seeing a doctor several decades younger than myself, but that’s a whole other story.

Or maybe the question should be why are we only hearing about it from there? “Oh, it’s ONLY in Texas.” Pull the other one.
