DoorDash Girl–First step in learning a lesson (hopefully)

You may remember the girl who was delivering a DoorDash order, went into a dude’s house, took pictures of his nakedness while he was unconscious and put them on the internet, and then claimed to be the victim of sexual assault.

Well she’s now indicted for second-degree unlawful surveillance and first-degree dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image. Both felonies, I believe.

Of course she’s going for a plea deal because if she’s convicted, it could be a well deserved eight years in the slam.

It should be more because she should also have additional time to match what he would have had if he had been tried and convicted on her lies.

Ironically enough, there were no cameras allowed in the courtroom.

  1. So, they’re going to try this kid, probably convict her and give her some jail time.

Meanwhile, across the hall at the court house, some far left loon judge is letting an illegal alien arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, who is wanted in one of the C. American countries for murder, walks because the judge feels sorry for him. After release the illegal alien goes on to murder some old lady for her groceries that same day.

Don’t get me wrong. What the girl did was wrong, but pales in comparison to what is going on with serious felons in blue state court houses across the country.

  2. This is becoming more and more frequent, at least ‘she’ will be penalized, not him.

  3. Nemo: I think the false allegation of rape is pretty bad. I hope she gets several years for that alone.

The other charge, yeah, not that big of a deal, but then again, spiled little girls who were never disciplined need, at some point, to learn to behave.

  4. What she did was attention seeking and wrong, and she should pay dearly for her false accusation, but I’ll be shocked if she does much time. This incident is similar to many others inasfar as the false accusation is concerned, and no memorable punishment is handed out. I have to agree with Nemo. There are much bigger problems in our country. This story is a big attention- getter because her actions were so absurd, but we have some huge systemic problems in our “justice ” system that need to be handled.

  5. Whatever she gets will be more fair than Caanan got for what Ham did to Noah.
